Al-Mir: We seek to attract the largest number of Endowers to contribute to the banks and Waqfs of Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF).
Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) launched its marketing media campaign "I am an Endower" at the beginning of the holy month, which began with a series of interesting advertisements, when you see a seated person saying "I am an Endower", which is an interesting start to the campaign recently launched by Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) with the aim of introducing the Sunnah of Waqf and the concepts related to it, in addition to its importance and role in society, and working to spread the idea of Waqf among most segments of society, and to attract the largest number of Endowers to contribute their Waqfs to Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) banks (spending channels), which in turn contribute to the development of Kuwaiti society and help the poor and needy.
In this regard, the Director of the Information and Waqf Development Department, Hamad Al-Mir emphasized "The campaign that started in the Holy Ramadan consisted of two phases: the first is an exciting event to attract attention, which consisted of pictures of a dispersed group of people sitting on chairs, and one of them was in a wheelchair, and everyone says that "I am an Endower", with the aim of raising a question and the audience's astonishment at this contradiction, despite the fact that this is identical with the fact that he has endowed his money, property, or otherwise for Allah, the Almighty.
Al- Mir said,"The second stage is an introductory one, and it bears the answer to questions of the first stage, and removes ambiguity and surprise, from while including a media message outlining the types of Waqf and the motive for it from achieving continuation of the reward, obtaining the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty, and contributing to charitable work and community development, through reliable institutional work represented by Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) as the official body responsible for endowments in Kuwait.
