A quarterly magazine that deals with endowment and charity affairs and aims to revive the endowment culture by defining its developmental role, history, and jurisprudence.

The Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) founded the magazine in fulfillment of the philosophy of the endowment in founding projects and community services. Because of its sustainable and self-funded system, the magazine does not rely on its issue pricing, but rather tries to achieve its goals and objectives and to be freely accessible by all available means to those interested, researchers, research centers, and institutions related to the endowment. In return, KAPF is working on developing the funding of Awqaf magazine through donations, subscriptions, and other contributions. This is to provide the help for researchers to address the issue of endowment as a matter of jurisdiction, contribute to the advancement of a sector that has the potential and advantages to participate in bearing part of the burdens of society, and to make important developmental contributions to the society.
