Establishing a scientific reference for researchers in the field of endowment and related sciences in order to advance endowment studies as an inevitable introduction to enriching the endowment and reviving its Sunnah.
Encouraging the conduct of research and studies in the field of endowment and charitable work by providing a comprehensive bibliographic tool that helps researchers to complete their research and studies on the best way.
Monitor the strengths and weaknesses of the various objective treatments in the endowment literature, which provides the opportunity to focus on under-addressed topics in order to enrich them.
Enumerate the centers, agencies and institutions concerned with endowment studies to facilitate the researchers 'reference to and benefit from them.
Enrich the Arab and Islamic library in the field of bibliographic services related to the endowment and its sciences.
Supporting the mission of Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) as a coordinating country for endowment work among the countries of the Islamic world.
