1. To formulate the fund's policies and approve its plans and work programs. 2. Study projects that fall within the scope of health, environmental and special needs and lead to achieving goals and choose the appropriate ones. 3. Follow up on the implementation of work and tasks, and propose appropriate solutions to the problems and obstacles encountered. 4. Defining the general objectives of the fund and working on attracting new endowments and managing new financial resources through donors and new endowments. 5. Preparing the estimated budgets and final accounts of the fund in preparation for submitting them to the Planning Committee and the Sharia Committee for approval. 6. Proposing policies, plans and work programs for the fund. 7. Take measures to implement the decisions and recommendations of the Board of Directors in accordance with the approved systems. 8. Preparing the systems to improve the work and raise the level of performance. 9. Follow up on matters related to the fund with Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) or other bodies in accordance with the powers decided upon in this regard. 10. Preparing data, information and reports requested by the competent authorities or required by the approved systems, and providing them to the concerned authorities. 11. Carrying out the business mentioned in the decisions and regulations of Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) or assigned to the Fund by the competent authorities in Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) or by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fund.
