To provide food and drink to the poor and indigents all year round

1. To identify steady beneficiaries for one year renewable (after renewal of the application and case study). 

2. The foodstuff should be of high and healthy quality 

3. Kuwait Awqaf Public Foundation (KAPF) may choose one of the following forms of implementation in the Bank: 
a. Distribution on monthly basis for the necessary food rations: (namely: rice, chicken, oil, milk, sugar, and tomato paste.) 
b. Distribution of prepaid cards for supermarkets to beneficiaries, who will be granted the opportunity to buy from those markets upon deduction from the value of the Card, this includes only food and drinks. 
c. Serving ready-made meals.
