Providing financial support to needy students who are unable to bear the expenses of university tuition

The student is unable to bear the expenses of the university tuition fees (in need)
The student's last grade is at least (Good)
That the student is not employed or has an unpaid academic degree
To study at a university recognized by Ministry of Higher Education in the State of Kuwait.
The student must be a regular student
The student must not have a previous university qualification.

A letter approved by the university stating that the student has not paid the fees, and stating the value of tuition fees due for the semester.
A transcript of degrees from the university for the last semester
The approval of the employer for the student to be discontinued and enrolled in the study
A certificate from the Public Institution for Social Security to prove that the Kuwaiti student does not join work.
A certificate from Ministry of Social Affairs confirming that he was not granted aid.
A certificate from the Public Authority for Minors Affairs regarding the dependent widow of the student.
Account statement for the breadwinner or student for the last 6 months.
A letter issued by Ministry of Higher Education confirming the accreditation of the university and the major.
Civil IDs for all family members
Proof of marital status
Sources of family income
Lease contract (if applicable)
Financial obligations on the family (if any)
